BetMakers Technology Group Ltd (BetMakers or the Company) today reports its full year financial
results for the period ending 30 June 2026 (FY26). The FY26 results demonstrate BetMakers’
operating discipline, and the financial outcomes derived from the Company’s approach to technology
innovation and execution.
FY26 revenue reached $92.6 million, an 8.8% increase on the prior year (11.2% CC). This performance
was underpinned by strong growth in digital revenues and disciplined cost management. The

million in FY25). Operating expenses were successfully reduced to $49.4 million (representing 53.3%
of revenue, compared to 61.7% of revenue in FY25), reflecting the full-year benefits of the restructuring
initiatives implemented during FY25 and additional cost optimisation during FY26.
BetMakers Executive Chairman, Matt Davey, said:
“FY26 was a year of decisive execution. Our strategy to scale, underpinned by disciplined operational
control, has delivered material margin expansion, positioning BetMakers for sustainable growth.”
BetMakers CEO, Jake Henson, said:
“Our financial performance confirms the power of our technology-led model, focused growth
strategy and operating discipline. By scaling revenue to $92.6 million while strictly managing
costs, we achieved a 15.2% Adjusted EBITDA margin, validating our technology investments and
setting a strong trajectory for FY27.”

FY26 Operational and Strategic Progress
BetMakers achieved significant progress in FY26 by focusing on scaling its global customer base
and leveraging its technology:
● Digital Growth focus: The Company successfully leveraged its technology investments to
drive increased revenue from its core digital products, with the Apollo platform providing
a strong foundation for growth both domestically and internationally. The expansion of
this network of digital customers also provides significant future opportunities for content
distribution.
● Technology Execution: A cornerstone of FY26 was the disciplined execution of
BetMakers’ technology roadmap. The continuous improvement of the Apollo platform and
further progress on GTX, have enhanced performance, lowered costs, and demonstrated
innovation of products to our B2B customers.
● Innovation and Efficiency: BetMakers continues to embed artificial intelligence and machine
learning tools across its product suite as well as internally. These capabilities are intended to
further enhance efficiency, strengthen customer offerings, and accelerate the Company’s
technology roadmap.
● GT Vegas Integration: The successful integration of GT Vegas (formerly LVDC) has
delivered material technology and cost synergies, contributing to the Company's financial
trajectory.
Outlook

with an optimised operating base and a strong pipeline and technology roadmap.
The Company continues to look at new ways to expand its international network and drive efficiencies
for its customers.
Our strategic priorities for FY27 focus on technology leadership and disciplined operational execution:
1. Technology-led growth in digital revenues both domestically and internationally, as well as
expansion of our content revenues and products;
2. Operating discipline and cost base optimisation, driving further operating leverage, including by
embedding artificial intelligence tools to automate workflows; and
3. Expansion in Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA margin, to be driven by revenue growth
and operating leverage.
BetMakers CEO, Jake Henson, added:
“The start to FY27 has been strong, with 1H FY27 expected to continue to demonstrate the strength of
BetMakers’ upgraded technology and expanded product suite.”
